Land Water Mask (LWM)

The Sentinel-3 LWM dataset was used in the Fourth Reprocessing. Information on the Sentinel-3 LWM can be found in the Sentinel-3 Land Water Mask Technical Note.

Digital Elevation Model (DEM)

The DEM GETASSE30 dataset (Version 3) was used in the Fourth Reprocessing. More information can be found.

Other Auxiliary Data Files

Other auxiliary data files are used for visible calibration and geolocation, but they are individual to each L1B product and so are not available for download. Meteorological datasets assembled from the ECMWF Era-Interim Reanalysis were also used. If you need further information, please contact ESA EO Support.

Further Information

Information on the Envisat-format AATSR ADFs can be found in the AATSR Product Handbook. The comma-separated-value ADFs are self-explanatory.
Information on historic processor (IPF) version numbering, including ADF changes, are detailed in the IPF Change Log, which refers to Envisat-format products generated by the Third Reprocessing and earlier. The Fourth Reprocessing is the first to use the FAST processor (v2.0.5) and so there is currently no historical information.
