ALADIN Processor Releases

When Aeolus was operational, major processor releases were scheduled twice per year. A detailed description and relevant documentation can be found in Aeolus Data Catalogue.

The periods covering the availability of the Aeolus data products in the various processing baseline versions as well as the main products quality improvements of the previous baseline versions, together with a detailed description of the reprocessed datasets can be found in the table below:

*Note: The two reprocessed datasets cover the longest and most stable Aeolus product collections for each acquisition instrument respectively:

  • Laser A in Baseline 14 (In operation from August 2018 to June 2019 when the laser B instrument was activated)
  • Laser B in Baseline 11 in operation from June 2019 to October 2022.
