Moscow's Urban Evolution: A Satellite Perspective from 1988 to 2015

These images, acquired by Landsat 5 and 8 satellites, showcase the changes in the Moscow area from 1988 to 2014. Additionally, images acquired by the Sentinel-1 satellite in March and April 2015 depict the city using a merged combination of three radar images. Moscow, the capital, inland port, and largest city of Russia, is situated on the banks of the Moskva River.
