The "ground" FTP account on the CryoSat Cal/Val server will be dismissed on 23 September 2024.

The account is currently used by the CryoSat User Tool (CUT) application to download ROEF (Reference Orbit Event Files) and by Cal/Val users to access data in the following directories:

• GroundTracks
• Software
• orbit_counter
• PredictedOrbits 
• ReferenceOrbits

To continue accessing these data after 23 September, please send an e-mail to EOHelp@esa.int to obtain a personal FTPS username and password.

To continue using the CUT application after 23 September, please download the latest version (5.0.0) and follow the instructions contained in the previously published news.
