Geoga Bridge's Evolution: A Satellite Perspective from 2006 to 2018

These Landsat 5 and 8 satellite images, spanning 12 years, capture Geoje Island, South Korea, with a focus on Busan and the Geoga Bridge project. The Geoga Bridge, an 8.2-kilometer bridge-tunnel link, opened on December 13, 2010, reducing travel distance between Geoje Island and Busan by about 60 kilometers. Sentinel-2 images display the bridge's scale and engineering prowess in natural and false colour bands.
