When searching for products in CUT, why are the products outside my Area of Interest?

Please check that you are using the most up-to-date version of the CryoSat User Tool (CUT), which is compatible with the current operational Ice and Ocean products.

Please also check that you are using the most recent CryoSat Reference Orbit Event File (ROEF).

Both of these can be checked via the CUT Help menu by selecting “Check for software updates” and “Check for ROEF updates” respectively. Alternatively, the CUT user manual provides the FTP details needed to download the ROEF directly.
