You can edit your User Profile in the 'Personal info' tab:

To modify your personal details (inserted during EO Sign In registration) click on the pencil icon and confirm any change by clicking on “Save”.

To change your password go to the Security tab:

Enter your current password, set the New Password and confirm it in the respective field, then click on Submit.


Please note that at present EO Sign In settings suggest that password should:

• have a length between 6 and 12 characters.
• contain a digit[0-9], a lower case letter[a-z], an upper case letter[A-Z], one of !@#$%&* characters.

In the Security tab you can also set/update the Security Questions. These can be used to recover your account if you forget the credentials.
To do so select both Question 1 & 2 and set the respective answers, confirming your settings by clicking on the “Save” button.
