Update: The issue has now been resolved.

There is currently an ongoing technical issue at the CryoSat Payload Data Ground Segment (PDGS). This is impacting the generation of CryoSat products and users may see a delay in the availability of all products, in particular near real time products (NRT and NOP).

The issue is currently under investigation. More information will be provided here shortly to keep CryoSat users updated.
